CHILDREN'S DIETS A Prescription for ill health

Food manufacturers and fast-food chains spend billions convincing kids to want junk food, placing ads on kids’ TV channels, and reaching kids through apps and online games. Partly as a result, one in three children is overweight or obese, and kids are being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at younger and younger ages.

Let’s work on teaching children the story of their food: where it comes from, how it is produced, and what it means for personal and public health—and reverse the trends depicted in this info graphic!

Here you can find leaders who are really looking after the state of our beautiful eco systems that keep us alive.  Michael Bloomberg, Richard Branson and so many others including Sylvia Earle below, who has lived underwater and sees the coral reefs eroding. 

 



I adopted an image we call EcoWarrior a few years back.  Now I see that EcoWarrior name being applied to others who care deeply too and have a lot more reach and bandwidth than I.  I am very excited to find out about IAmEco.org!

Rock The Castle 2014 and Beyond

After producing and co-producing 6-concerts over the years we now want to find a permanent home for this annual event to heal the world. With our concert series named Peace Journey Rock The Castle nothing other than a castle will do.

In just a few weeks we will be announcing our fundraising campaign where we hope to raise funds to buy an existing Castle For Sale or build one in a destination location.  A big part of of our fundraising includes Peace Journey book sales, documentary distribution and an exciting crowd funding campaign where we can all be a part of the process to rock for peace in 2014!
